Get Involved WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT Objective: Develop and maintain relationships between educators and members while partnering with the state and local HBAs to help build a skilled workforce and address the housing industry’s current labor shortage. Co-Chairs: Colleen Ciliberto, Toll Brothers Chris Sukonik, Sukonik Building Companies SALES &MARKETING COUNCIL FOR OUR MEMBERS Objective: Develop and implement programs to help improve sales & marketing skills of our members, which will support their efforts within the residential home building industry. Chair: Holley Pokora, Holley Pokora Interior Design PROFESSIONAL WOMEN IN BUILDING Objective: To be the voice of women in the building industry, dedicated to promoting industry professionalism, and supporting members at the local, state and national levels. Co-Chairs: Colleen Brink, Habitat For Humanity of Bucks County Danielle Davis, Long and Foster CHRISTIES Real Estate GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS AND POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE Objective: Identify, support and maintain relationships with local and state pro-housing, pro-business officials and candidates. Work to protect our industry from over-regulation by monitoring codes, ordinances and legislation that directly impacts the homebuilding industry, and by communicating directly with elected officials and policy makers. Chair: Neil Stein, Kaplin Stewart; Rich Carroll, III, Hallmark Homes Group MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE Objective: Responsible for building and maintaining a strong and active general membership comprised of building industry professionals. It sets standards for the association and makes recommendations for activities that assist the growth of our members’ business through networking and building relationships. Co-Chairs: Ted West, Great Valley Propane Asia Wright, Zonda ASSOCIATES COUNCIL Objective: Foster relationships between Associate & Builder Members by developing events that will increase recognition of Associate's products and services among builders. Chairs: Steve Rudowsky, Trus Joist-Weyerhaueser Matt Williams, Impact Advisors, LLC CHARITABLE COMMITTEE Objective: A nonprofit organization dedicated to undertaking charitable endeavors which are primarily housing/shelter related and serving the surrounding communities by planning fundraising events that raise funds and awareness for a chosen cause.
